Pat Glass MP visited Lanchester on 26th November 2011 to switch on the christmas lights.

Pat was joined by children from local schools, residents and local parish councilllors including the Chairman of Lanchester Parish Council and local Durham County Council representative Ossie Johnson (pictured).

Pat Glass MP said,

“I was pleased to be joined by children from the local schools for the Christmas lights switch on. Everybody enjoyed the event, the lights look fantastic and it really enhances the village during the festive period.”
