About Seduced AI
Last updated: 15 June 2026
Seduced AI began with a simple frustration: the AI girlfriend space was loud, fast-moving, and thin on honest, careful coverage. We set out to fix that for an adult audience that wanted facts instead of hype.
What we do
We cover, compare, and explain AI girlfriend and AI companion apps. Some of our work is hands-on testing of chat, voice, image, and video features; some is patient research into privacy terms, pricing, and the technology behind the claims these apps make. The aim is the same either way: to help a reader decide quickly and without regret. That, in one sentence, is the job Seduced AI set out to do.
Our editorial process
Trust is earned line by line, so here is how a piece comes together. We use a companion the way a real subscriber would, through any free trial and, where it matters, a paid plan. We read the privacy policy in full, not the summary. We check pricing at the point of purchase rather than the marketing page, because the two often disagree. Claims about memory, safety, or popularity get traced back to a named source before they appear in our writing.
Every published piece is reviewed by a second pair of eyes before it goes live. When something turns out to be wrong, we correct it openly and note that we did, rather than quietly editing the record. Coverage is revisited on a rolling basis, because an app that was excellent in spring can quietly gut its data terms by autumn.
How we review
Every app we cover is judged on the things that actually affect you. How natural is the conversation, and does the companion remember you between visits? How good are voice, image, and video? What does it really cost once the trial ends? And, the question too many reviews skip, what happens to the intimate things you tell it? We weight privacy safeguards heavily, because in this category they are the biggest risk. When an app falls short, our coverage says so plainly; the limits of that coverage are described in the Disclaimer.
Editorial independence
We fund this site through affiliate commissions, and we are upfront about it on the Affiliate Disclosure. That arrangement never decides a verdict. Coverage is written first; commercial links are added after, and only to apps we would point a friend toward.
Who writes it
Our editorial work is led by Quinn Marlowe, who has spent years covering consumer technology, generative AI, and digital privacy. The writing aims to be specific, sourced, and free of the breathless tone the topic usually attracts. AI tools may help with drafting, but nothing reaches a reader without a human writing, checking, and standing behind it.
